Day 87 – fight on!

what i had:

Breakfast: 4 rice cakes from nearby coffee shop

Lunch: rice with veg and fried fish fillet and 2 papayas and a curry puff with potatoes inside

Dinner: subway’s subway melt wrap and.. 1 famous amos cookie

Just came back from movie. So full of thoughts. It opened some fresh wounds from my ex but oh wells. Food for thought. Does love really need sacrifice?

My skin is terrible today. :S i wonder if im doing the GAPS diet wrong or something. How can i have so much reaction from a bowl of soup….

Feels like my legs became way spotty and my thighs too. Skin on hand and fingers are so fragile, sigh. Time to take it a day at a time. 🙂
