Went for a long walk today! Gotta salute myself for winning the battle over the devil and waking up at 6.30am, albeit alittle later than expected.
Felt so light headed and weak after the walk. I wonder if its becos it was too intense or im plain hungry.
Breakfast: apple and glutinous rice with chicken. Along the walk i had a bottle of sports drink
Lunch: llao llao yogurt!! Hehe. And salmon sashimi chilli don(with rice)
Dinner: chicken rice
Lazed around at home, watching videos 🙂 such is good life 🙂
